Amir Cohen is a creative strategist, independent curator, artist, and academic mentor with three decades of experience breaking boundaries between art, culture, design thinking, and innovation. For over 30 years, he has been building unexpected alliances—connecting artists, scientists, museums, tech visionaries, and public institutions across Europe and the U.S. He is part of the EU Creative Leadership Program (Creative Business Cup) and a senior faculty member at JMC (formerly HAC).
His work spans major international projects, including two decades of active presence at the Venice Biennale. In 2024, Cohen co-led "Beyond the Skin"—an independent art–science initiative in partnership with the Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia, featuring 135 artists and scientists in a bold hybrid format of exhibition and discourse.
